i've seen Good results with R-P brass and 130 gr' Core-Loct's with Win' primers and Win - 760 for a propellant.
I've got a Weatherby .270 Win Vanguard that allows me to call my shots.
I'd expect the same from a good Handi'.
For longer shots, longer than 300 yds, I'd go with a Hornady spire point in 130 gr's for the better ballistic coefficient. But a Core-Loct is certainly good for 300 yds' at a reasonable velocity. It's just harder to estimate 'holdover' when making those longer shots if the 'bc' isn't high enough.
