Need Powder 6.5BR 15"

Need reloading type powder for 6.5 BR 15" Encore barrel with 140 gr bullet weight. I used Varget. It works great in a 26 inch barrel but not in the 15 inch barrel. If your have a good load for the 6.5BR 14 or 15 inch barrel. Please share. Provide type and load range. Thanks, Twyman

Don't have one personally but have a bud that does.  If you don't find what you want, shoot me an e-mail and I will link the two of you up.

Try VV N135. Works great in a 16 inch barreled AR15.

Sometimes I'm slow and other time I'm real slow but there is a web page dedicated to the 6BR case and also has data for the 6.5 BR. I don't go there very often but it is a good resource site.

VV 133 should also be a good powder with 140 class bullets and N 140 should work with the 120 class projectiles.

Email me at goforit40@msn.com and I'll send you Sierra's reloading data for the 6.5BR. Carroll Pilant of Sierra bullets mailed me 6.5BR data probably 6 years ago. Long before it was in their reloaing manual.
