CA - Anti-gun measure heads to Governor's desk

California Anti-Gun Measure Heads to Governor Schwarzenegger's Desk!

A final concurrence vote took place this week on Assembly Bill 996. Amended by the Senate in July, AB 996 would require all retailers to display and sell ammunition in a manner that is only accessible by an employee, not the purchaser. Any violation of this measure would result in a misdemeanor. This anti-gun bill now heads to the governor's desk.  Please contact Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger (R) and ask him to oppose anti-gun measure AB 996.

As predicted, Assembly Bill 352 was taken off the inactive list on Wednesday, August 31. The Senate could vote on this anti-gun measure as early as today. If AB 352 passes the Senate, it must return to the Assembly Floor for a final vote.

AB 352 expands the definition of "unsafe handguns" to include semi-automatic pistols that are not designed and equipped with an array of microscopic characters which identify the make, model, and serial number of the pistol by imprinting the characters on each cartridge case when the firearm is discharged. This legislation could essentially ban all semi-automatic pistols commonly used by California gun owners.

.
They may talk of a "New Order" in the  world, but what they have in mind is only a revival of the oldest and worst tyranny.   No liberty, no religion, no hope.   It is an unholy alliance of power and pelf to dominate and to enslave the human race.
