I just found a deal on a new 2005 Polaris Sportsman 700 ATV for $5649
It is the cheapest in the state  ( Minnesota ) that I could find. I will have to drive 2.5 hours to pick it up but worth it.
Can't wait to pick it up and go ride..... :grin:
The dealers in my area will not DEAL , The local Polaris dealer was at $7899 for the same ATV and would not budge on price let alone match my best price.....Their loss

One dealer told me that if he sold me it for that price he would only make $50 on it......What about the rebates that are out there? It seems that he would make $1050 with the rebate.

What do you all think?

Sounds like a heck of a deal!  I don't know about the rebates but if you can get the same machine for about $2200 less, I know where I'd be going.
I had a similar story here. The Polaris dealers in my area wouldn't deal so I called a dealer in Wyoming and told them price wise what I was running into and they were about $1200 cheaper for a 500 Sportsman.  I asked him why they were cheaper and he said "cuz I want your business."
Sounds good to me.
Bottom line if they want your business, they'll deal.  I still haven't bought a machine but if I do, I know which dealer I'm going to.
