Duty Pistol
« on: November 24, 2006, 05:05:40 PM »
I am currently in the Marine Corps and I am looking into being a PA State Trooper.  I heard that the Duty Pistol is a Beretta 96D Brigadier.  Very similar to the M9 the Marine Corps uses but in .40 Cal and is a DAO model.  I have not confirmed the info I was told about the State Police in PA using this weapon but would like to know if anybody here owns one.  If so let me know how it has shot for you.  I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks in advance guys!
When an Army captain asked him for the direction of the line of retreat, Col Puller called his Tank Commander, gave them the Army position, and ordered: "If they start to pull back from that line, even one foot, I want you to open fire on them."
Turning to the captain, he replied "Does that answer your question?
We're here to fight."
