New rifle barrel for my new encore??

I just purchased an encore in a 15" barrel. It's great and I want to purchase a rifle barrel for it with for multi purpose.  I am considering a 243 or the 25-06.  I have killed deer with a 243 and was not overly impressed. I have never shot a 25-06 but wanted to know who owns these barrels and are they accurate from the encore frame.  I am looking for a multi purpose barrel (Deer, turkey and varmints).  Let me know your thoughts.  hi i got a 6.5x55  barrle  for my encore . it is 26 inches long ,and it shoots  .300  groups @100 yards. you grt it forom tc custom shop.  it shoot 75- 160 grns bullets.  it handle the big stuff. and the small . i shoot 129 hornday in mine with 45 grains of h 4350.   and it dont kick.
