is there any place you can rent a finish reamer?? or do you just have to buy it??

Several online sources both sell and rent chambering reamers.

Try a web search for "reamer rental".

Typically, cost is about US$100 to buy, and about $30 to rent, and they hold your VISA/Mastercard number for deposit.
