New guy from MN. Nice forum. Glad I stumbled on it.
I picked up a new Encore muzzleloader yesterday and stopped by my fathers to show it off. He announced that he's selling the house and buying an RV he then pointed to his modest gun safe and said that everything in there is yours..but, I've lost the key.
I asked what was in it and he said a Colt made replica of a Colt 1851, a ww2 springfield converted to a sporter, a Browning lever action .22 like new from the '70's and a model 24 Winchester side by side that was his fathers.
Feels like I won the Charlton Heston 'all hat, no cattle' sweepstakes...he's gotta find the key!!
