I saw a Used Springfield Armory Trophy Match in .45 in a gun shop and I bought it.

I would say it's about a NRA 95 to 98, the barrel looks excellent; looks to be a nice pistol. Ser. # is NM160864

This is the first .45 I've owned and I'm not sure what I have. Can anyone tell me about this Springfield Armory Trophy Match?

Of course we're all curios what you paid for it, but I now own three Springys, and I love them all. One has a red neck compensator, the other has been modified with some things like extended slide stop and ambi safety, and the other is a high cap Ultra compact. That gun rocks!

My point is you should enjoy that pistol as long as you have it. I don't have any seriel # info for you though. It sounds like a real shooter. :grin:

First Springfield & First .45 ACP I've bought; so I don't know if I paid to much or Not but I paid $625.00 for the Springfield Trophy Match.

Hey Paul,how bout a pic of your new toy?I have a Full size loaded SA.My ser#NM192965.I think the "NM" is for those w/match barrels????Any way have fun and be safe........Rick
