Stainless 35 Rem or 356 Win

I've seen the 336's in 30-30 stainless. They are nice. Why can't they include the 35 or 356? It would seem a sure sell and investment on Marlin's part.

I think a stainless  35 rem was in the works. It takes so long to get off the ground that interst gets lost in the wait.
There was this big anouncement that a 35 Remington was coming.

Now I held my breath 'til I passed out, waited to hear more news and fell asleep, and now it has been so long, that I forgot what I was waiting for.

Is it that they need some young blood in the firm?

Or is it that they made some blunders that did not pan out?

It seems they need to do something in Marketing .

If there is an anouncement as with the 35 SS  , you want to sell it while its hot, not when the trail has gone cold.

The second I see one it will be sold. I like the 30-30, but I like the .35 Rem more.

Tomray ( a Marlin employee ) over on the Marlinowners board said they started shipping the 35 SS on the 14th of this month. Straight Walnut stock with an 18 in. barrel. Will only make 500 of them this year, so you might want to hurry if you want one. Hope this helps.
