I OWN SAVAGE SUPER SPORTER MODEL 45 IN .300 SAVAGE CAL . KINDLY ADVICE ON MOUNTING SOLUTIONS .WHAT IS IDEAL BASE TO USE & ALSO MOUNT TYPE .IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE SINGLE PIECE BASE ,PLEASE ADVICE

Brownells lists weaver bases for this rifle and I've not foung them to be a bad deal. Simple, light and tough they are also excellant values..
