« on: September 16, 2005, 12:59:35 PM »
And Attempted First degree Homicide. Jury took less than 4 hours.6 counts of First Degree Homicide and 3 First Degree Attepted Homicide. SWEET!

Too bad WI does not have the death penalty the best we can hope for is life behind bars with Bubba.
Said I never had much use for one, never said I didn't know how to use it.

jh45gun;

I can appreciate your enthusiam, but I wouldn't start passing out cigars until they've completed the penalty phase and meted out an appropriate justice to this murderer.

They may yet decide that since life and society were so cruel to him, and since those racist bastids called him mean names, that clemency or a measured term in a mental health facility are in order.

When they finally close those cold steel bars behind him for a term to be measured by the remainder of his stinking life, then clap your hands.

...and while your hands are so close together, say a quick one for souls of those taken and their survivors, becuse they will never recieve justice or adequate compensation for the loss of their loved ones.

Ya know, Alberto Gonzales might be right.  Maybe torture isn't all that un-Constitutional...

They may talk of a "New Order" in the  world, but what they have in mind is only a revival of the oldest and worst tyranny.   No liberty, no religion, no hope.   It is an unholy alliance of power and pelf to dominate and to enslave the human race.

He went with a self defense plea not a insane one so he will be going to prison. Sure they will appeal but he will be behind bars. Kinda hard to say he is scared for his life when several including the girl were shot in the back.  Now that the Jury came back with this and I would bet they were a fairly liberal jury do not see how he can get out of this. Even though it was all white jury his lawyers helped pick them so I cannot see how that would be a factor either.

Hi guys :D

I bet this Vang, has murdered more people in the past, that hasn't been found out about. Very seldon does one start murdering that many people at one time, that their hasn't been at least a beginning of murders, in the past. More of a (work your way up the ladder) if you will.

Course we will never know, unless his conscience bothers him and he tells, all. But I bet he has murdered people in the past, maybe even during deer gun season.

Either way, he will burn in hell.

The Hmong people are from Laos and immigrated to the U.S.

From Vang's disrespect for life and dispensing death to fellow human beings, I conclude that he has hunted men, been hunted by men, and taken life in his past.

Threat assessment is not an American fact of life - yet.  We do not expect what these Wisconsins were delivered, which resulted in the exacerbation of this tragedy.

Hey land-owner, you forgot the montayard people. I spelled the name wrong, excuse me. But I was in Viet-nam from 1966-67. We had a lot of the people fighting for us, but most important, it was for theirselfs also.
I was ingaged with a lot of these tribes fighting for us and themselfs, quess what?----they all ran---except the Montayards, they were very brave people. Yes we left them over there to, to be persecuted. That was a shame and disgrace. :( . Do I feel sorry for these Hmong people, yes I do. But remember one thing,---they were being persecuted, way before we got there. So dont make it sound like we was the cause of it.

The Mungs are not stupid and are survivors they also try to play the white folks as fools! Be it the landlord or a game warden when confronted they go to their language and pretend they do not understand which is BS they understand perfectly. They know all about game laws but still break them because they think they can. I was talking to a maintenence man who works for a large apt complex in the city I live in. He said the mungs try to play mind games with them constantly. He said mention money and all of a sudden they understand perfectly. They should know by now that folks are on to their BS but they still play the game.

from what I wrote?  I intended to show where the Hmong came from (third world Laos), they lived and died with death surrounding them daily (secret wars), that they are skilled at taking human life to support your assertion that Vang may be responsible for other murders, and vulnerability is something of which Americans at home are guilty.  Six Americans dead; two wounded; one Hmong captured and convicted.  That Sir, is a clash of "rural justice" against more experience (and apparently firepower) than should have been expected in 2004 America.  We're on the same page here.

OK- Land-owner, sorry I mistook your quote with all the references you supplied with your article, it looked like you were trying to take up for him, by what the articles that you gave us to go look at.
The articles that we went to-- gave them as sort of a glowing very proud people, that were hard working, and use to war and killing, so therefore, it was in their nature due to all the casualties of war and being a sought after, and genicited race, that they could have flash backs and kill, anybody if they thought they were being defiled? Thats the way I took it. The articles that you referenced to also, told about the Lutherans churches, that were supporting the ones brought here. So therefore It looked like you were giving these articles , because you trusted them. Thats what I gathered from it. I say ship them all back.

I was around them in Viet-nam, and I didn't trust them then, or now.
Now the true race of montayards were a different people, and they could be trusted. Since you were in Viet-nam, I`m sure you were around both races as well.

Sorry I took it the wrong way.

Semper Paratus to you, and have a nice day. :D

bullet maker:  I will be more careful in the future.  I ripped off a reference from the first article in that bunch, which supported where the Hmong were from and rightfully credited the author by including the reference.  I DID NOT READ the rest of the articles.  MY BAD.  I have read them now and see your point.  Sorry to get us both off on the wrong foot so to speak.  No harm no foul.

Now that we've got that behind us (I hope), it does not take but "one bad apple to spoil the whole bunch".  I am positive that there are many more good people of every race and creed in this world than there are bad ones.  It is just that the bad ones are so bad that eveything else pales in comparison and the rest of the lot are guilty by association.  Works for Liberals, Conservatives, you name the label.  Know what I mean?
