I need to publicly thank Jon @ The Optic Zone for his superb service. I ordered a Mueller Multi-Shot 2-7x32 Scope on 9/21 on-line and I wanted it shipped to my office address instead of my billing address. Somehow I managed to put my home zip code in with my work address. He contacted UPS in MI to have the zip and city changed after the package has already been picked up. The package arrived this morning with my office zip and city hand written in.

Whew!!! I am glad that it worked out. UPS was even a little nervous that it would come back to us. Good luck and hope you enjoy the new scope.

Very few companies are willing to go the extra mile to help their customers - the opticzone is one of these companies.

In today's age where it seems that the huge companies are selling at super low prices in exchange for non-existent customer service, the opticzone has both! I should know...I have purchased several scopes from Jon and no one can match his prices AND service! And I'm not just saying that because he is a sponsor. In fact, I bought a few scopes from the opticzone even before it was a member of GBO!!!! :eek: Now that oughta tell you something. :wink:

That is one reason that I am now an Optic Zone customer and will be from now on. Any scopes I look into buying will be through Jon...Big Thumbs up. :agree:
