41 Mag. Barrel

Just traded for a 41 mag. barrel and after installing, the barrel will not disengage. I've experienced this one time before, and it was the model of barrel, any help is good! Who can work on this barrel for me?

IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE A NEWER STYLE FRAME AND YOUR BARREL IS AN OLDER STYLE SOLID LUG .
WHEN GET THE BARREL OFF CALL T/C AND ORDER NEWER SPLIT LUG..
I THINK THIS IS YOUR PROBLEM

I have yet been able to shoot a 3 shot sub 1" group at 100 yards ...........on any deer!!!!!!
