Marlin model 15?
« on: October 01, 2005, 03:37:17 PM »
Hi guys I'm new to your forum :D Just wanted to say hi and ask you all about this rifle I just picked up. It is a bolt action single shot 22 lr model 15. It is not the youth model, it has a 22 inch barrel and a full size burch wood stock. This is the first one I have come across and can not find any information about them. I figured it would make a good truck gun, and for $70.00 in perfect condition I couldn't pass it up

I did a google search and found nothing on the model 15. Is it possible for you to post a picture? Also is it have a detachable magazine, or a tube?
Go out and get yourself a Concealed Weapons License. I did. :gun4:

ABaker... No I am  not able to post a picture sorry, it is neither tube or clip fed it is a single shot bolt action. It looks just like a 25n or 25nm but with no clip; one other differance is the safety is made backwards the "safe" position is in the fornt and the "fire" position is in the back!    I have been using a 25nm for years and getting use to this safety is going to be fun
