Yesterday was our yearly Tres Banditon match and I only got to fire one shot from the 35-06JDJ and the old Mastodon went down pretty hard!
My team won the match. Gordon took out the Mastodon the second time we shot with a Weatherby 308 pistol with a Red Dot on it and he's one shooting machine with it.....
The match consists of three shooters on a team and two guns each and lots of ammo. You have to shoot the close ones fisrt, five chickens, and then the BB ram, then the ones in the grass, five pigs and last the 100 POUND Mastodon. First team to knock them over first wins. I think the quickest time was1 minute 46 seconds.
