:eek: Just came back from the UP from a walk to see how the Deer faired through the winter.My Wife and I went to the Hunting camp to look arround and went down to the creek to pan for gold. The Mosquitoes were so bad that my green flanel shirt looked black.The skeeders were shoulder to shoulder.I'm glad I had some Deet Plus with me.
I didn't see any Deer hides laying arround this year,the winter was mild up there again this year so the going was a little easer for them.I didn't see much deer sign a few scrapes in the pine neadles were they looking for mineral in the dirt.I did see a pair of wolfs,since there introduction in Mich the deer population has been getting slim and the rough minus 40*deg winter a few years ago is taking there toll.
Say is there a better mosquito repellent than Deet Plus?
