go to www.midsouthshooterssupply.com you can buy sabots and put any appropriate bullet in them you wnat, cast you buy, make yourself or jacketed. So long as the bullet is appropriately sized for the sabot it will work.

A buddy of mine took some boolits that I had cast up for my 45 colt and shot them saboted from his 50 front stuffer with good results.

I've got a partner that whomped two deer with my home cast, Lee 255 grain RNFP.  Doesn't want to use anything else.
