I was looking at the Weaver V 24 scopes. Has anyone used the V series and how  do they compare to Nikon or Bushnell?

I have the Weaver V24 & I find it to be an excellent scope.

I can't compare it to a Nikon as I have never used one but it compares very favourably to my friends B&L 4000.

If you are looking for a scope that I think is equal to the V24 but for a lot less $$$, consider the Mueller Eraticator. I have had mine since May & I am very pleased with this scope. They are sold by Jon at the OpticZone, a sponsor of this site.
