Our spring goose season opened a week ago and I'm still waiting. Come on guys kick em on up here. In reality this is one of the most assinine openings I can think of. In my 40 some years I can never recall even seeing a (snow) goose before at least the first week in April. Our lakes and ponds are usually still froze till the middle of April. Must be some idiot politicians idea of making it look like we are getting a long season.
