Back from Tn.
« on: October 21, 2005, 03:03:01 PM »
Just got back from Tn today. Went deer hunting 4 days. And no, I didn't get any. (deer) But I sure did see a whole lot. I saw more deer in 4 days in Tn. than I 've seen in NC in 4 years. Thought that I may get up to Clarksville, with the tracker but never made it. That's ok I'll be back in Tn after the 1st of the year for the late season  It's pretty sad when you have to go out of state to get some good deer hunting :x  I will say it was a relief to see more deer in a group. I sure do hope I can kill one this year before season is gone. :(

I know how ya feel.  Went pheasant hunting last weekend and never saw a bird.  Nothin' to shoot at!  No squirrels, rabbits, grouse....nothin'.  Well, maybe next time.  Sure hope that isn't the case when deer opens in 2 weeks.

You guys should come to Kansas. There are more birds and deer than you can shake a stick at.
