How to keep Nickle plating from dulling, etc.?

I have a 1992 Colt Government .380 in bright nickle. This is not a mustang but the larger Government .380. I have had it since new and it still has a bright clean finish on it. I keep it in its molded case. Is there a solvent or treatment I should be doing to keep the nickle nice and bright.

Try some Flitz this stuff is grate. If you can't find it let me know I think I have some small tubes laying around.
