I ordered a .45acp conversion for my 10mm Witness from Reed's Ammunition and Research. I have numerous .45s in other platforms, but I wanted to try a different platform in that caliber. The conversion is a complete upper, requiring nothing more than a quick swap, and a magazine change. Ordered it on Wednesday and took delivery on Saturday. I put 200rds of my 200gr SWC reloads thru it today without a hitch. It shoots to point of aim, and has got to be the softest shooting .45 I have ever handled! For $195 this has got to be one of my better investments. Reed has 38super and 9mm conversions for this platform as well,---------------hum-------could there be a 9mm conversion in the works for this large frame pistol! It'd be hard to beat in SSP class of IDPA.
