Anybody seen this book?
« on: November 07, 2005, 07:30:47 PM »
I ran onto a book on the web and wondered if anyone knew anything about it.  It's called "Wildcat Cartridges, Reloaders Handbook of Wildcat Cartridge Design" by Fred Zeglin?

I found it on his site:  http://www.z-hat.com/Wildcat%20Book.htm

Does anyone here know anything about it?

I don't know anything about the book (I just ordered it though), but I do have a rifle Zeglin built in one of his Hawk cartridges.  The execution of the rifle is great and the cartridge performance is as promised.

If you have any intrest in Wildcats it will certainly be worth your money. He spend quite a long time compiling data of the more popular wildcats in order to write the book

-disclaimer-
The book will be the first publication to list the .22 Reed Express, Fred Zeglin was instrmental in helping us get the barrels made and in offering suggestions and help during the R&D phase of the cartridge.
