AIR RIFLE SILHOUETTE FUN SHOOT

SATURDAY    NOVEMBER 12TH

Hey everyone,

C'mon out and knock down some of our air rifle silhouette targets!  No more time wasted looking for lost animals since we are using Mike Stimson silhouette stands!

The match will be held at the Wawarsing Rimfire Range.  Sight in range open at 9am, shooters meeting at 9:45 and match starts at 10am sharp.  We'll have donuts and coffee ready for you (hear that Paul C?)

Forty shot fun shoot is 10 dollars ($5 for juniors for as many rounds as they want to shoot), each additional round is $5.00 for everyone else until we have had enough fun or we are frozen.  Afterwards there is a great place to eat in New Paltz where we can discuss next years silhouette programs in the NE as well as talking about those that don't come to eat behind their backs.  ;-)

Award certificates for 1st-3rd place as well as 5 and 10 in a row pins will be handed out to the winners.  Racoon skin caps are not required but are greatly encouraged.  :-)

All range safety rules apply, match held weather permitting.

Cya there,

Billy Lo

Match was a great success!  Turned out to be a pretty nice day even though it was a little cold in the morning.  Some good friends and my brother showed up for this short notice match.  We really were getting together to discuss next year's airgun and smallbore matches up here in NY and CT so we decided what the heck why not have a shoot as well.

To our pleasant surprise we had a new female shooter with her Grandfather show up and we introduced them to the world of "real" airguns and silhouette, she was loving life using my Air Arms S200.  Grandpa couldn't believe  how accurate the rifle was at 45 yards.  It took almost the whole match before he got behind the trigger of it but when he did he didn't want to stop shooting.

Ya gotta love days like that!!!  I was thanking them as much as they were thanking me.
