BC sighted in and ready for deer season!
« on: November 06, 2005, 01:03:12 PM »
:D

Hi Guys,

I've finally got around to sighting in my BC.  I'm using Winchester 300 grain hollow points in the silver box.  I added the Williams FP sight to it and left the original issue front sight on the gun.  It didn't take me long to tune it in to about a 3 inch group at 100 yards.  I tickled pink!!! I couldn't shoot that tight a group with a scope.  I'm now ready to take'er out this coming weekend for the Ky. opening weekend of our modern firearms season.  I'll have to keep a good log of my use and report back to you how she performs.  I feel that's the least I could do since you guys are the ones who turned me on to buying one of these guns and then getting the extra sight for it.

Thanks for your help and guidance.  I look forward sharing pics of an old mossy back with two foot wide antlers.....lol.

Take Care,

JT.
