I been thinking about hog hunting south carolina but i have been thinking about the dangers. So if you have any good tips please send me some

Hell, there ain't no danger.  Just use some common sense.

Don't assume that a big boar is gonna turn and run every time he sees ya, and don't get between a big sow and her litter.

There are great tales of super pigs that take 8 or 10 700 calibre rounds and just keep charging at ya. Campfire tales is what they are. Hogs ain't any harder to kill than any other animal that wants to survive, you just have to hit them in the right place. Alot of people don't know where to shoot a hog.
 I use my Ruger blackhawk .45

They hunt from ladder stands and ground blinds, I have been 6 times and had a blast every time.
