That is a great reference.  I just wish they had it in one pdf file.  I could do it but it would take for ever.

Well it didn't take for ever but it did take a while.  I have the entire manual in one pdf.  If anyone is interested I can email it to them.  It is little over 34 mb so it is a big file.

It would take longer (at my dial-up speed) to down load than to go by snail mail!
