Ordering Primers - Who has no HAZMAT charge?

I did a search for this but did not find it.  In post a few months ago a supplier was listed that did not charge a HAZMAT fee for shipping primers.  I went to their website and their prices were great and it did say no HAZMAT fee.

So can someone give me the name of that company.  I thought I had it bookmarked but it must have gotten lost when I switched computers.

Too late! :(  That would be D&R Sports, but they started charging hazmat  since my last order...

Well I did have D&R bookmarked and the sight looked familiar but it did say they charged the fee, so I thought that was not the sight.  Story of my life, a day late and a dollar short.

Graf & Sons charges a $20 HazMat fee, but they will pack up to 50 pounds of powder and primers into one package for that fee.
