You can find like new super redhawks for $250-$300 and sometimes under, Then $40-$70 for a holster and speed loader, and $12-$15 bucks for 50 rounds of cheap ammo usually.  Some hot factory is up around $0.75-$1.00 per round.  I would say that that sounds like a good deal.

Where do you see like new super redhawks for $250-$300 and sometimes under. I have never seen used super redhawks under $400.

huntnut, it is a great deal for $500.00.

It's a great deal.  $425 is the least I've seen used.  I'll buy all the $250-$300 SRH's I find!!!!!
I aim to please - but often miss.

Oops.  My apologies.  I was mixing up my guns.  Super blackhawk would be what I was talking about, my buddy got one of those like new for $350 at a pawn shop... and we saw some more in the 250-300 more used down the line....  So yeah, for the SRH, I'm going to shut up.  Good for a SRH!!
