In my silhouette rifle I use 36.0gr. Varget for both. It's a light load for the 107's and near max for the 142's. The 107's are for chickens through turkeys, with the 142's for the rams. Works great and doesn't get the barrel as hot as a load of slower powder. Not sure how the AR gas system will like it though, never tried it in an autoloader.
