Due to Crosshair's reply on .223 twist rate in the Caliber Offerings thread, I verified with H&R/NEF Customer Service by email that the current .223 Fluted Ultra and all 2006 .223 barrels are/will have a 1:9" twist rate!!! Great news for those that want to shoot heavier .224" bullets.
