I have the 3.5x10x44 sitting on a 300 Weatherby Magnumb.  I don't have many shots fired on this combo yet.  The scope is clear and bright.  Just as bright as my Nikon Buckmaster.  It performed well during my sight-in session.  The sight in session was done during a dark, nasty, rainy Oregon Monsoon/snow/hail fest in the mountains.
The scope and gun got soaked.  Shot itty-bitty groups anyway.  No ill effects.  Plan to get another Mueller for the Tupperware Special.
