another handi rifle

well i bought another handi rifle, private sale, 270 with a 3x9 Tasco pronghorn scope and a web sling and a box of 270 remington ammo. what kind of ammo are you guys shooting out of your 270 handies????My name is Moose and i am a Handy- holic :-D  :)

Congrats!! Remington 130gr CL and the new Federal Fusion are 2 good choices, both shoot MOA or better. :wink:

Federal Fusion ammo is my choice for right now...least till I get my 26" Handi made :wink:

looks like i will be buying some federal fusion ammo for sure ---thanks.......i think it wil be a fun gun to have as a "truck gun", for shooting hogs and coyotes and such...good shooting Mac...........thanks MOOSE.....in cool windy Georgia this morning!!!!!!!!!!

i shot the 270 this afternoon, only shot 2 rounds, out of my 35 year old shooting saw horse-real windy,too windy to be shooting, but i got one in the black and the other touching the black(1inch dot) at about 80+ yards, so i was happy, going to try to shoot a doe with it this weekend.........Moose
