Do you know if their brass slotted patch holders will fit onto the cleaning rod that comes with the Hoppes gun cleaning kit?

Almost all are a universal size. The exception being the 17 calibers..they use a 5-40 threaded insert. Of course shotgun rods are also a disfferent size//
