Here's the buck I took 20 minutes from my house in Saskatoon.
I was shooting a NEF Tracker II in 12 Ga. with Remington Copper Solid slugs. He was chasing a doe at about 50 yards when she stopped to check me out.
There were at least 4 mature bucks in this one area. My guess is that this was #3 of the four in terms of size.
There are deer everywhere around Saskatoon, and the buck to doe ratio is really high.
