marlin 925 trigger
« on: May 11, 2006, 12:42:36 PM »
I recently bought a 925 and feel it was a god buy.  However,  The trigger is terrible.  Any way to adjust - It looks lawyer proof.  Any help would be appreciated.  Regards.

I got mine down to 2 or 2.5 pounds by following a thread I saw somewhere.  Anyway it goes like this;  replace the trigger return spring with a pen or mechanical pencil spring.  Then fill the sear spring hole in the sear its self almost to the top with material.  I used a cut down finishing nail.
I aim to please - but often miss.
