Kinda looks like we may have to refer to beer can mortars as standard size and then the BIG size...

Say Cat, are we looking at the same picture. The middle can is the powder can (displayed for scale not for use as a projectile unless you have a mortar with an oblong bore).

Actually, at first I figured you'd be posting a picture of one of the Foster Oil cans. I think the Coors is larger.

Cat, this is just a little more useless info from me, but the Coors BIG CAN is about 7-inches in diameter and about 9 1/2-inches tall. It'd make a nice wad-cutter! :wink:

Ya know, you serious beer drinkers out there ought to suggest to your favorite beverage company that they make cans in useful sizes, like 3.5" diameter for six pounders, 4.5" for twelve pounders, and 5.7" for 24 pounders.

Well, I've cut my beer consumption WAY down so I no longer have any leverage with the brewers. Perhaps someone else who still imbibes will pursue this matter. :grin: :wink:
