Cylinder endshake

I have seen much discussion in S&W circles about cylinder endshake, its causes and cures.  But what about the DW's?  How much endshake is tolerable?  How do you cure endshake?  Etc., etc.?

Also, how do you remove the ejector rod and how do your remove the cylinder from the crane?
