I have caught scores of mink in weasel boxes. Back when I trapped weasels I had a certain percentage of boxes with 2 1/2" holes big enough for a mink.  I placed these along streams and wherever I saw mink tracks.  These boxes would also take weasel but like RdFx says, coon will make the boxes history.  I also utilized hollow logs along streams and natural cubbies like underneath tree roots from a blown over tree.  Ace
