It was a few years ago, I can't exactly remember, but another doe with antlers was shot near Iowa City, Iowa. There's just something strange about those eastern Iowa deer.

Well I guy I know just harvested an 11 piont doe that scores around 125"
The body was very small the same size as the buck fawn that was hanging in the garage maybe 100 lbs. ( I am waiting for a picture so I can post it ).
This one had both male and female pluming.
Location was southern Minnesota.

My Dad shot a large doe once, it did not have antlers but it's glands on its back legs were dark and musky smelling like a buck's during the rut. I have never seen this before until now.

My step mothers boss took a nine point doe just north of Chattanooga back in the early 90's. Has the mount and local newspaper write up on his wall to prove it was a doe.
