Think my Handi's are gone too.

I had a lot of fun trying the 17 remington handi barrel.  I can get an honest half inch horizontal at 100 yards, but the vertical stringing is about 2.5 inches and I just can't seem to get it right.  I know it is a lock up problem, but they just seem to have this problem,  I am old and just don't want to fiddle with it.  I have a 17 rem barrel being built for my Savage 10 and I know these actions are accurate.  Guess I will keep the rimfire frame and get a new barrel for it, but the center fires and barrels are out of here while I still have some hair left to pull out.  Larry

pm me some info on that 17 remington barrel if you want to get rid of it.
