Range and accuracy of 30/30 trapper?

I have a couple questions about the 30/30 trapper w/16" barrel.  First is the accuracy the same as the full size guns?  Second what kind of drop will I experience out to say 200 yards if sighted in to 100?  Any thoughts on these models?
