Smith and Wesson makes a 3 inch barrel Model 317 with adjustable sights.  I have one.

The 63's are most popular w/ the 4" tube, but were also made w/ 2" barrels.  They are simply scarce, in that most folks tend to hold on to them.  The used ones that do pop up on the gun auction sites usually command a premium.
