Help With Pricing And Selling Ideas
« on: December 03, 2005, 08:11:55 PM »
Hi all'
I am contemplating selling my two rifles that I own because I pretty much only shoot handguns now and I also only hunt with handguns.I could also use the money. I don't know what to ask for them though nor do I know the best way to sell them.

1.) Win M70 Heavy Varmint .308- fully custom has trigger job, HS Presicon Stock(alluminum bedded free floating barrel), muzzle brake, Teflon finish, Mueller 3-10x44 scope w/Leopold quick detach rings and mounts. I am the second owner- the guy I bought it from had it built and shot it once. It is soooo accurate and is in 100% condition. I paid $650 without the scope.

2.) Win M70 Classic Stainless .375H&H- I put a custom NEGC rear sight($90) on it and it also has a Leopold VX-II 1-4x on it with Leopold mounts and rings. I also have $100 worth of premium ammo for it And the brass that I have fired. I paid about $750 for it brand new.

Any help would be apreciated thanks again and God Bless

I would suggest you research your rifles on gunbroker or gunsamerica and get an idea what the asking price should be.  You need to price at least 10-20% below what the auctions are asking if you want to move your guns quickly.

Good luck.
