I just found a Fluted H&R Ultra 223 Rem that was sold to a guy 2 months ago and he now wants to sell for christmas money, it has a cheap bushnell 3-9x40 scope and he wants $225 for it it is pretty much new. is this a bad price? or can i do better? are they any more accurate than the 223 Nef with 22 inch bull barrel?
