VC Finishes in Mulliken, MI does a dip process. After the first of the year I am going to have them do my Knight barrel and receiver.

Critter,
Do they do the dipping themselves or do they send them out to Second Skin? You said Mulliken but the address said Lake Odessa, I'm really interested in getting some prices. I will have to give them a call, thanks.

Busta,
Mulliken doesn't have a post office so they are all Lake O addresses. Had a girlfriend that lived there and confused me all to heck when she gave me her address before I went in the Army.
They dip right there in house. I saw lots of stuff that they had done and it all looked top shelf. I went to school with the owner and I am going to trust him with my gun without question.

Critter,
I called VCFinishes today, they are now located in Woodbury right on M-66 by the RR tracks. They started their business in Mulliken about 3 years ago, he told me. They have a website, but he said all the camo finishes are not on there yet and to call for a full list.

You know what, I knew they were in Woodbury and just had a case of brain fade. I even stopped in there and still wrote the wrong town.

just paint it yourself , i do them all the time . just get you some flat paint and go to it . i did a rem adl syn last week. i use clear flat poly over top to seal the paint . if you cratch it up in a few years just do it again
here's a savage hardwood stk i did a few years ago,its showing some dings now and will proply gat a new paint job before next season. i use pine or cedar limbs to do a pattern.

I would contact Bell & Carlson. I know they do it as I had a couple of their stocks camoed. They may do another vendor's stock, but may charge you more? ?
