:evil: And I am also saddened. I am sure most if not all of you are aware of the coal mine accident that happened in West Virginia a few days ago. I am a resident of Upshur County, where this terrible ordeal accured.
I first want to say that my deepest sympathies go out to all involved. Although I did not know any of the miners, I cried for them just the same throughout the intire situation.
What angers me to no end is a group from Kansas(Kansas folks don't take this personally unless you are one of them) is coming to picket the funerals( see the article at www.therecorddelta.com ). They have said "thank God for 12 dead miners". They are also picketing soldiers funerals around the country.
We live in a country where we are concerned about their "free speech" and not the families that are laying to rest their loved ones induring the cheers of these idiots!
Is this what our country is coming to? It is if the majority continues to cower to the minority and allows this kind of thing continue to happen just so we can be politically correct!
I beleive that this group only sees this horrible experience as being a step into the spotlight because of the national and world news coverage that this ordeal is getting.
I do ask that everyone who reads this to think of how you would react if someone was cheering the death of your loved one? Knowing and being the people of this state, this group may not be as happy on their return home!
I also ask for prayers for the families that lost their loved one and also with the only survivor as well as ALL involved with the rescue attempt but most importantly, we need to pray for the members of this cult!

:evil: I can only hope that the West Virginia State Police stop these people at the state line for a "motor vehicle inspection" until the memorial service is over. My God haven't these families suffered enough with what they have been through. My thoughts and prayers go out to these families that lost their loved ones in this disaster.

As for these so called protesters, we as a Country have turned the other cheek with these people several times, I think it may be time for a good
"ole country butt-kickin". I know in some areas this could happen.

As Nomosendoro said..God does not hate "fags"...but he does hate the sin of homosexuality...just as he hates all sin..
I was educated in a Baptist Bible college...and these folks are way off base...perhaps it is time that the Baptist Churches in the area form a Christian defense line to keep that riff-raff away from the solemn ceremonies.
Or as was suggested, the WV State police ought to hold them for vehicle violations untill after the service.

Baptists have a chance to show that we are different than much of Islam..
If someone in our group is an idiot...we announce to the world that they are such, and denounce their actions.

My heartfelt condolences to all the miner's families and all the good folks of West Virginia.
