Model 99 faster twist barrel for a 250-3000

Can any one reccomend a good gunsmith to change out my 1-14 twist barrel to a faster 1-10 twist barrel on my model 99A 250-3000

It use to shoot the old remington 100 grn. round nose core loks pretty well. The pointed 100 grain bullets are key holeing both the winchester silver tips and remington pointed core loks.

I live in western Massachusetts, and Savage Arms wouldn't reccomend anyone.

I think they were concerned with liability or I didnt speak to the right person. Anyway your help would be appreciated.

why dont you handload for it shoot the 87 or 90 grain bullets

Bubba thanks for the reply,

I don't have any experience with the lighter bullets. Can you reccomend from experience some brands for deer loads. I never had to use more than one core lok on any deer. They always left a good size exit hole!
I would like to try any thing and change the barrel as a last resort.
