Hoping you folks could help , a model94 made in 1898 , 26 in. octagon barrel , special smokeless rear sight , wood is rough , but was well figured in it's day , curved butt plate , no checkering.
inside of barrel still has rifling but quite pitted
does the gun have any value more than an old 94 , does the takedown
feature have any quirks i should know about ,THANKS TO ALL IN ADVANCE , your help is appreciated
